Coverage
Foretravel, Inc. (Foretravel) warrants the cost of all parts and labor required to repair any item except for items listed below in the exclusions section that is defective in material, workmanship or preparation for 6 months or 6,000 miles from the date of delivery, whichever occurs first. Foretravel will make such covered repairs at 1221 NW Stallings Drive; Nacgdoches, TX 75964 or, at Foretravel's sole discretion, may pre-authorize any other service facility to complete repairs subject to this warranty. A $200 deductible per visit will apply when the pre-authorized repairs are made at any facility other than the Foretravel factory. It is Foretravel's sole discretion to repair defective parts or replace with new or remanufactured parts. Any costs related to the transportation of this unit to Foretravel or any other pre-authorized repair facility to complete covered repairs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Foretravel expressly disclaims any responsibility or obligation in connection with claims involving any warranties or policies other than the ForeStar 6/6 Limited Warranty. The performance of repairs is the exclusive remedy under this written warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the above identified customer for this unit. It is not transferable.
Exclusions
1. Incidental and consequential damages including but not limited to; lost time, inconvenience, loss of use of your motorcoach, rental car, fuel, telephone, travel, lodging, meals, loss of commercial or personal property and loss of profit.
2. If the above referenced unit is used as a rental vehicle at any time this warranty is immediately void.
3. Maintenance items such as oil, filters, lubricants, light bulbs, wiper blades, wheel alignment, tire balancing, tires, batteries, lights or brake pads.
4. Aesthetic items such as decals, paint, fiberglass, furniture, carpet, countertops, interior fabrics and the like.
5. Repairs/replacements made necessary through normal wear and use.
6. Damage due to accidents, misuse, alteration, tampering, theft, vandalism, environmental occurrences, acts of God, fire (regardless of the cause of fire), improper/insufficient maintenance or improper/unclean fuel.
7. Equipment or accessories not installed by Foretravel or damage caused by such equipment or options.
8. Non-standard equipment or options installed by Foretravel at the customers' request and any damage caused by such equipment or options. (see attached marketing order for standard equipment and options).
9. Glass Breakage.
10. Audio/Video equipment.
Acknowledgment
This document is the entirety of the ForeStar 6/6 Limited Warranty. There are no promises, terms, conditions or obligations other than those contained herein. By signing below, customer listed above acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty and that a copy of this limited warranty has been provided to them. The parties herein agree that any litigation arising out of this limited warranty shall have an exclusive venue and jurisdiction in Nacogdoches County, Texas.
