  Again today you came through with the info I needed. DMV was giving me a real hassle because we could not find the secondary vin. no. and if it wasn not for you I would have had a lot more head aches and another week before I got it registered. Now I know where it is on the frame and so do others I passed it on to.
Then when the levling system would not work I was lost. My manual does not show the trouble shooting section. When you got James to call me and walk me through the whole system we found the problem and it was a simple fix. But if it had not been for you and your staff it could have been a nightmare.
